Watch this until you wake up:

ALSO, Adam Lanza's date of death was initially OFFICIALLY recorded by SSDI officials as having occurred ONE DAY PRIOR to Sandy Hook.

“He slandered the parents by claiming that they were in on the plan to slaughter their children. He didn’t ask if they were or leave a shred of doubt by stating that they might have had a hand in it.”

That’s a straight up lie. You cannot find a single video of him saying that. Nothing of the sort was ever entered into evidence. He never mentioned any parent by name. One of the aggrieved in the lawsuit was an FBI agent who was not even mentioned AT ALL.
He questioned some oddities like the dad who was laughing to the side before he stepped up to give a statement.

Nobody was slandered. A guest suggested a false flag and Alex asked questions about it. Alex never definitively made that claim as a certainty, he DID ask pointed questions.

You need to stop believing everything you are told in the media. And furthermore, though doubting the facts of Sandy Hook is legal, before long he disavowed those who were saying it never happened or was fake. This was a retraction issued long before the case was ever formed.

This is just lawfare.

You’re a Canadian so you don’t understand free speech. Asking VERY pointed questions about a public event is -the essence- of free speech.

Anything less is a demand that government press releases are never to be questioned.

I’m not concerned about the media. If you are harmed by the media, sue them. I hope that you make out as well as Richard Jewel or Nick Sandman.

There are many ways that you can say something that is protected. You can allude. You can wonder. You can say, ‘It seems” and you’re protected under the law. That is why Alex Jones could talk about Sandy Hook all he wanted and connect all sorts of dots about it and he was safe.

All he had to do was stay away from a phrase that affirmatively and formally accuses the parents of being involved willingly to slaughter their children.

He spent ten years talking about it and his conspiracies about it and there wasn’t anything the parents could do to stop him, because he stayed within the limits of the law.

It was only when he formally accused them of willingly to slaughter their children for the purposes of getting gun control did he leave himself open to a lawsuit.

You’re going to have to accept that he screwed up by going beyond what could be protected. It happens.

#4: "So if Alex Jones is sued for $1 billion for telling a supposed falsehood …"

Or how about the "51 top intelligence officials" who swore Hunter Biden's laptop was planted by the Russians. How many billions should that falsehood be worth?

Free speech does not mean you can slander people. He slandered the parents and they were able to show harm. The government didn’t stop him, the parents acted as a party on one side and he was on the other and he lost.

I do understand free speech and I think you do as well. Free speech does not protect you if you slander somebody and he slandered the parents.

I think it may have been a false flag as well. I heard about foreign speakers being present on the ground that day.

I just can’t say that the parents willingly cooperated with those who were involved in a false flag operation to slaughter their children.

The parents said they were harrassed for years because of Jones’ slander. They probably saved recordings, texts, etc., for evidence. Jones was incredibly stupid and cruel. A false flag operation would more than likely be the killer’s idea, not anyone whose child would be at risk.

To be clear, I do not question the idea that it may have been a false flag operation. I think I have more familiarity with how evil the globalists are than many here. }

I just can’t say that parents were culpable in the slaughter of their children. At best, if I have proof, I can say specific parents may have been involved. But only if I have proof.

>> and he lost

In what venue? Because that’s the latest gambit in the game: venues within which an Alex Jones cannot prevail, regardless of the righteousness of his cause.

Ref: President Trump in Manhattan.

He’s welcome to keep appealing up the chain until he brings it before the Supreme Court.

That is what I understand. He crossed the lines and became wihout protection under the law.

As far as I know, he crossed the line legally.

The Jones trial was a complete farce, and there is no excuse for the verdict and obscene judgement. You obviously know nothing other than what the MSM has fed you. Now, as I suggested, go to You Tube and search for Robert Barnes, who completely destroys this travesty of justice. Or just lap up the MSM propaganda and bask in your self righteousness.

ONLY 1.5 billion in damages ?!!
Should have been at LEAST 1.5 gazillion trillion ..

The corrupt PenceofSchiff judges, juries and SandyHook scumbag lawyers/plaintiffs in this case should be exempted from the prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment,
WITH EXTREME PREJUDICE

If he kept his ego in check and followed court procedure, presented documents and evidence to the court as required, he would not have been held in contempt and had default judgments.

Bullsquirt. The court demanded to know how much money he made specifically from the discussions of Sandy Hook. No such records exist. No daylong talkshow discussing wide ranging world and national events can possibly measure that discussing Hunter Biden brought them “X” amount of advertising, and the discussion of GMO foods created “Y” amount. Nothing even close to that is collected and known. He turned over ALL of their financial records, holding nothing back. It was a massive amount of information.

Ask a local TV news station to document exactly how much money the station earned with coverage of the slow storm last night. It doesn’t work that way.

The families proved nothing. The judge “deemed” him guilty. The part of the trial to award damages it was again “deemed” non-compliant although he turned over 100% of his financial records.

Stick to FOX and Hannity for your news. It’s about your speed.
