A low-calorie sweetener called xylitol used in many reduced-sugar foods and consumer products such as gum and toothpaste may be linked to nearly twice the risk of heart attacks, stroke and death in people who consume the highest levels of the sweetener, a new study found.
“We gave healthy volunteers a typical drink with xylitol to see how high the levels would get and they went up 1,000-fold,” said senior study author Dr. Stanley Hazen, director of the Center for Cardiovascular Diagnostics and Prevention at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute.

The only thing ‘safe’ is the vaccine and marijuana. Or so I’ve been told.

Literally put a piece of gum in my mouth when I read this article, looked at the gum, first ingredient: xylitol.
Is nothing sacred?

A Doctor just recommended a xylitol spray for drymouth. So many products use this sweetner, what will they switch to?
Maybe it wasn’t the vax but xylitol that’s causing all the “ sudden deaths”

I had just paid $400 to have my lab Lucy’s stomach pumped and vitamin k treatment after she’d gotten into rat poison in the neighbor’s garage. I saw she’d eaten some of my xylitol gum, per online probably sub-fatal dose. I sat down next to her, put my arm around her, and said “Girl, we’re going to have to ride this one out.” Fortunately nothing came of it

Hasn’t Xylitol, especially that used in nose spray, been shown to inhibit viruses?
Hmm.

xylitol in gum is good for cavity prevention. I’m sticking with it.

What is a “typical drink?” What is a “high level?” A “thousand-fold” sounds hyperbolic.
