I think I beat you. At any time in my fridge I bet I have 4 or 5 cheeses to choose from. Very often more than that.

I’m sure I eat cheese every day without exception.

A day without cheese is like a day without sunshine.

Is it that day again? I’d better synchronize my ham and swiss chronometer.

I love cheese. Most do.

LGBT in your face propaganda not so much.

So, why does cheese only get a National Day, while Gay Pride gets a whole month?

A special mention of Gjetost, a brand of Brunost, which in the US is typically sold under the “Ski Queen” brand. It is a ‘whey cheese’, and I think it is best as a breakfast cheese, because it complements breakfast foods especially meats and fruits.

You do need to shop around, as retail prices vary a lot.

National Cheese Day only comes round once a year.

But, I guess, it’s possible to wedge in one or two more days.

I missed this question on my trivia site this morning under the category of (what else?) cheese.

“What country does Havarti cheese hail from?”

I answered “Finland” - the correct answer is “Denmark.”

I have a friend that is allergic to mold - and apparently all cheese contains mold, according to her allergist - so I have to be very careful what I serve at the house, since this is a cheese-loving family.

I love it when everyone cuts the cheese at the same time.

My wife hates it when I cut the cheese….

I’m on immunosuppressants, I can’t eat moldy cheeses anymore. Doctor’s orders. Blue, Gorgonzola…. I truly miss them.
