CHICAGO (CBS) -- Monday was the first day of a bizarre trial involving a woman who investigators said attacked a Chicago Police officer, stole his sport-utility vehicle, and dragged him with it – all while she was naked.
CBS 2 discovered the woman, Whitley Temple, was hired by the City of Chicago while awaiting trial.
It has been nearly two years since the incident, and CBS 2 learned that in that time, Temple briefly worked for the City of Chicago's Department of Family and Support Services as a lead accountant.
The city has declined to comment on her hiring.
On Monday, Temple's attorney told a Cook County judge his client was "in a psychotic state" at the time of the incident, and argued that this is a "textbook insanity case."

What a boon for Chicago's Department of Family and Support Services.
Why was the officer naked?

Why do you think the CPD cop was naked?
Eleven seconds apart!
(-:
This was noted as one of the worst cases of this in Chicago during that week.
Maybe the “writer” meant the City of Chicago was naked like the old tv series the Naked City where there were 8 million stories in the naked city of New York.
Judge Tyria Walton....
his uniform was dirty...

Maybe if the officer was dressed she would have realized it was a police officer.

City budgetary reasons. Not enough money for police uniforms after the costs incurred for supporting illegal aliens and Ukraine.
That there is one of those dangling participles.
She’s been let off by reason of insanity. Typical Chicago justice system

How could she tell he was a cop if he was naked?
How could she know he was a police officer if he was naked?
They should be required to wear their uniforms at all times. Even in the shower.

Don’t forget the alphabet people.
There were other incidents involving "women accused of running over Chicago Police officers while naked"?
Maybe Chicago is trying to clean up it's image. I'd certainly pay to watch incidents like that.
Right?
Dang, missed it by that much!
