Both are principles. Both were violated by the Left. The Judge put himself above the law by violating Trumps 6th Amendment rights. Nobody is saying Trump was above the law. We are saying the obvious: he should not be convicted because he did not break it.
I love how the Libs change the word to Democracy from Republic, typical of Commies, change words, change definitions, change government…….
“No one is above the law” is a much more convenient credo for furthering The American Great Purge.

The “separation of church and state” is falsely claimed to be in the Bill of Rights. Its not like its a principle that could stand on its own like the law applying to everyone.
It is technically “Presumed innocent in a court of law”. No one is innocent until proven guilty
When the liberals say no one is above the law it is them putting their enemies below the law!
