Both are principles. Both were violated by the Left. The Judge put himself above the law by violating Trumps 6th Amendment rights. Nobody is saying Trump was above the law. We are saying the obvious: he should not be convicted because he did not break it.

The "Nobody is above the law" mantra has been reiterated about 20 times a day for the last 8 years.

Too many, I fear, actually attribute that in the same manner as "separation of church and state".
