There has arisen in America a generation which never heard of a lowly enlisted combat medic in the US Army who defied Bill Clinton and his entire chain of command, refusing to serve on a United Nations deployment wearing a blue helmet under the command of a general officer from a foreign country. It happened this day, 1995. Ask people over 50 years old, or better yet, 60. MANY of them remember the story - it was front page and nationwide, indeed worldwide news.

No good deed unpunished, however, and Army SPC4 Michael New was court-martialed, received a kangaroo trial, in which the Army sought to give him a term in Leavenworth prison - for refusing to deploy as a UN mercenary to Macedonia. Fortunately for him, there was plenty of sympathy among the ranks, and the panel (jury) did not give him the Dishonorable Discharge the Pentagon and White House were seeking. They returned with a Bad Conduct Discharge - "Failure to obey a lawful order." No prison time. But an appeal was possible - we went to the Supreme Court three times, and each time they denied us a hearing.

The entire problem was, of course, that the order wasn't lawful. Mike's attorneys had boxes of documentation proving the uniform was unauthorized and the deployment order unlawful. In fact, the entire mission into Macedonia was unlawful, because President Clinton LIED TO CONGRESS about the legal authority he had to send more troops on UN missions. (I know, you are "shocked, positively shocked!") So they did the only thing they could do - they refused to allow his attorneys to present ANY evidence!

The fate of one soldier, the loss of one career, is of little concern to Americans 27 years later. But the fate of our sons and daughters in uniform today ought to be of concern, because the mental case residing in the White House today is on the verge of getting American troops involved in yet another United Nations war, and when he does, many Americans are going to die. For the NEW WORLD ORDER.

Perhaps you thinkthe Ukraine conflict is merely a NATO war. How many people realize that NATO is a "regional military arrangement" under the authority of the United Nations? If you don't believe it, look up their charter, on-line, and read the Preamble to their charter. It's there in black and white. The United Nations and the USA are dedicated to the same goal - One World Government, total domination. What a sad state of affairs we have come to.

And is this not the greatest irony of our lifetime? Russia has become the number one obstacle to the New World Order! And only because Russians believe in national sovereignty and will not tolerate a threat to their national existence. How very selfish of them. One does not have to "like" Vladimir Putin to respect his fierce protective stance in favor of his native country - we should wish that America had a president with that kind of gumption and understanding of national sovereignty!

The issue is real - for every person in a uniform of our armed forces. Many of them are going to be shocked, and totally unprepared for this type of war. This next war is going to be nothing like anything our military has fought in living memory. And we won't be the only ones with high tech weaponry. And if (when) we push Putin too far, we are going to set off a nuclear war, the scale of which is impossible to predict.

Court-Martial Goes Easy On Army Medic New - U.S. soldier who refused to serve under U.N. command was convicted of disobedience and given a bad-conduct discharge.

Spc. Michael New, 22, is the first American serviceman court-martialed for refusing to accept foreign command on a United Nations operation.

The jury could have slapped New with a dishonorable discharge, six months’ incarceration and a loss of pay. New’s attorney said he thinks the less-severe sentence indicates the jury believed New’s concerns were legitimate.

New, a medic from Conroe, Texas, stood impassively as the seven-man jury returned the verdict after 20 minutes of deliberation.

During his trial, New's attorneys requested the Army to provide a classified executive order entitled Presidential Decision Directive 25 (PDD25) that had been represented by the Army to New as one of the legal bases for the order issued by then-President Bill Clinton. The Army prosecutor refused, whereupon the military judge ordered the prosecutor to show the classified document to New's attorneys. The prosecutor then produced a document representing it to be the classified version of PDD 25. Unknown to the military judge and New's defense counsel, the document produced was not, in fact, the classified PDD 25. New did not discover this until 2009, well after the court-martial and appeals, when through a Mandatory Review process New got a hold of the real classified document.

After review of the classified document, New's attorneys concluded that the document proves that New was right in alleging that President Clinton did not have the authority to make the deployment, for it was in conflict with the United Nations Participation Act of 1945.

"The Army had that document, and that document provided exculpatory evidence in favor of specialist New, and they withheld it," Herb Titus, one of New's attorneys said. "Withholding evidence favorable to a defendant in a court-martial violates not only due process but military discovery rules."

Everyone involved in the creating, delivery, and submission of that false document should be rotting away in Leavenworth.
