I understand that the Drudge page has gone off the deep end at times but its all out effort to paint Trump is so ridiculous. Current page says "Evidence Overwhelming" yet has not posted one single thing enumerating what he is actually charged with.
Its become quite a leftist shrieking page if ever.

He started a news aggregator web page at just the right time and caught lightning in a bottle.
Made millions.
Now he sits on a beach somewhere, letting other people run his site for him. He still technically owns it but I'm pretty sure he is no longer involved in the day to day.

The headline is direct attempt to influence the jury and it is the same on CNBC. It will be flashed everywhere. Drudge became CNN years ago.
Yes, the shrill headlines are over the top. It would seem more accurate to say no evidence.
There needs not be a crime as long as the narrative continues to be repeated a gazillion times and the gullible idiots will sup it up line, hook and sinker! It isn’t just Trump. Whoever runs it is part of a coordinated effort to dirty up Musk at every possible opportunity. I can’t prove a relationship but there sure are a lot of msm.com articles linked (which are in tern aggregated from elsewhere).
I searched, and the answer is, that it is unclear as to who owns it, but there is zero evidence that he sold it. So, it’s unclear if he did or didn’t sell it. You can search and see it you can provide evidence that he sold the site & let us know.
