Biden has given clear signs that he intends to sacrifice U.S. sovereignty -- and an independent health system -- to the World Health Organization.
On Monday, May 27 (our Memorial Day), the Seventy-seventh World Health Assembly (WHA) will meet and begin the process of approving the World Health Organization (WHO) Pandemic Treaty and the amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR). Many objections to these proposals have been raised to date, and powerfully-worded letters have been signed urging Biden not to sign the globalist power grab. But a not-much-talked-about document has been released by the White House that may indicate what Biden is likely to support.
The two documents overlap in many ways but do appear to have some distinguishing features. The “Pandemic Treaty” appears to be a business deal that is designed to redirect billions of dollars of public and private funds to dramatically expand the Pharmaceutical Hospital Emergency Industrial Complex (PHEIC) into poor countries in order to access more of Big Pharma’s drugs and injections.
The IHR, according to the WHO website, is “an instrument of international law that is legally-binding on 196 countries, including the 194 WHO Member States.” These amendments aim to establish control over member nations on things like vaccines, medical treatment protocols, laboratory diagnostics, tests and medications; onsite investigations; the implementation of lockdowns; access to health services and products; surveillance; and censoring “misinformation and disinformation,” to mention a few.
Fortunately, these sovereignty-killing agreements have been strongly opposed in the United States and abroad.
On May 1, a letter signed by all 49 GOP senators was sent to President Biden urging him not to sign the WHO Pandemic Agreement and IHR amendments or, at the very least, to submit them to the Senate for approval as is appropriate under the Constitution.

Perhaps President Trump should keep in mind that the President can (apparently) sign any treaty all by himself, and then the US is stuck with whatever deal the guy in the White House wanted.
This is the sort of power approach that can be used to drain the swamp. Just swing for the fences. Get it done. Who will stop you? And if they try to stop you, just put them in jail.

Dick morris has been sounding the alarm on this- I posted on another thread about how the treaty will be “binding” IF co gress does not stop it- IF congress fails to act, it supposedly in essence ratified the treaty according to another treaty signed in 1996 (the treaty of versailles i think it was?)

While they failed to agree, they are renewing g efforts which will take place this next week, and apparently according to dick morris who has been sounding the alarm, a treaty or whatever was signed back in 1996 that “obligates” our nation to follow any treaties signed by a president through executive action, without approval of congress, and even allows for criminal proseucitons of the next president tries to undo the treaty without congressional support
I find it odd and traitorous that a president doesn’t need approval of congress, even if the treaty surrenders our sovereignty to other nations, (apparently if a co gressional majority do not object, and do nothing to stop the treaty, the the treaty is “valid” according to whatever was signed in 1996), but the next president must have congress in order to stop the treaty.
At any rate, this next week will be one to watch to see if our resident betrays this nation (again) or not.

Yes, but apparently there is a catch thanks to the morons who signed some treaty in 1996- IF congress doesn’t act to actively object to and reject a treaty that a president signs, it becomes essentially ratified, or approved. Congress would have to specifically come out and vote the treaty down, which is doubtful that they will.
Also, the left are going to word the agreement in such a way as to make it impossible for the next president to undo- wording it so that if Trump should try, he Wil. Be charged and tried for it according to the morris story on the issue.

Biden, or Trump for that matter, “signing” a treaty does not make it a treaty under the US Constitution.
