Yes, but apparently there is a catch thanks to the morons who signed some treaty in 1996- IF congress doesn’t act to actively object to and reject a treaty that a president signs, it becomes essentially ratified, or approved. Congress would have to specifically come out and vote the treaty down, which is doubtful that they will.

Also, the left are going to word the agreement in such a way as to make it impossible for the next president to undo- wording it so that if Trump should try, he Wil. Be charged and tried for it according to the morris story on the issue.
