From NEXTDOOR policy.
“…We stand in solidarity with neighbors advocating for racial justice and those speaking out against hate. These issues are relevant in neighborhoods everywhere -- that’s why we allow conversations in support of Black Lives Matter, Stop Asian Hate, and other movements that advocate for racial equality and civil rights anywhere on Nextdoor as long as they adhere to our community guidelines.
Content posted in opposition or as a rebuttal to support for racial equality is counterproductive and harmful. We ask that neighbors be mindful of engaging constructively in discussions on these issues. While neighbors are free to disagree in civil ways about the policies or tactics advocated by equality movement organizers and supporters, posts and comments intended to undermine their core messages of equality are prohibited. For these reasons: Content promoting “All Lives Matter” is prohibited when it’s used to diminish racial equality, the Black Lives Matter movement, or Stop Asian Hate. Content promoting “Blue Lives Matter” is prohibited when it’s used to diminish racial equality or the Black Lives Matter movement, but permitted when used to honor, celebrate, or thank the police for work done in a community.

Sounds like what they have in Cuba with “The Committee For the Defense of The Revolution”....
Yep; I got kicked out of Nextdoor for “violating policy” with rebuttal facts that were “Counter-Agenda”. Even though it’s supposed to be neighborhood discussion, ONLY the progressive/Agenda viewpoints are left standing to see.
“I was on Nextdoor for about a week. It was a bunch of people either complaining about someone mowing their lawn too early on a weekend or people looking for free stuff.”
Yep, lots of whiners and angry gripers. Some normals and good people too. Some warnings and pics of prospective criminals casing houses, etc.
Nextdoor tried to get me to sign up a year or so back. I ignored them, and they went away. They’re not very popular in my part of central Indiana.
I was in a few years ago. There’s a very uppity HOA controlled development near us. Someone from there asked what color she was allowed to paint her front door.
I replied “You live in America. Paint it whatever color you want.”
Hilarity ensued. I was eventually canceled and kicked off
Yeah, I dropped out of nextdoor within a couple of months of joining.
We had set up a group to support Trump and America First values, and it was supposed to be a semi-private group. Non-members were not supposed to see our content, but all at once we started getting moderator interference in totally innocuous memes and news and jokes.
Nextdoor is just another nazi operation by totalitarian thugs.
“I was on Nextdoor for a week or so. All they were doing was spamming me. Took me about a month or more to unsubscribe from about 10 different mailing lists. I still get an occasional one that I have to deal with.”
ditto ... i didn’t know what it was and a “neighbor” “invited” me and i fell for it ... was instantly spammed by people NOT in my neighborhood ... took forever to get off all of their MANY spammy mailing lists ...
Yes, ‘they’ do control Nextdoor too.
About the same here in rural MN. A bunch of Karens complaining about traffic, or fireworks on the 4th of July.
Mostly lost cats, and concern trolls. Worthless.
The only thing good about nextdoor is that it can be used by a lurker to identify all the nearby leftist loons.
You can get off their mailing list in a few minutes by just using the word homeless! lol You must use the word unhoused! lol
I’ve had many vacations from ND. Definitely run by communists.
Helps identify the weak and unarmed
Yep...my hub monitors ND...never posts.
The nextdoor app originated out of San Francisco so that oughta tell you everything you need to know.
I’ve been put in nextdoor jail and kicked off of it multiple times for doing nothing more than telling the truth.
The moderators are “supposedly” people that live in your area but I strongly suspect the land of fruits and nuts monitors discussions closely....and have no problem sensoring language they disagree with.
Who owns/operates Nextdoor? Meta?
Getting kicked off nextdoor is easy.....just say covid shots don’t work or biden was elected because of voter fraud and that’ll do it......trust me, I know.
I got kicked out of there a few years ago after suggesting that car thieves should be shot.
You don’t need to have some nondistinct website full of busybodies telling you how you have to live work and play. If it isn’t in the covenants then they can screw off
The whole platform is full of toxic, Leftist, ignorant Karens. I had to delete in less than a month after signing up.
