Dirty little secret to tell your liberal friends...
Obama even assassinated an American citizen.
He is deplorable.

charge Biden with no following election laws, then hit him and the Democratic party with RICO charges, then make him pay $500 million to appeal, with no jury allowed and extend the statute of limitations if necessary!

    That’s cool

That should read "1861." That's when the original compact between the States and the Federal government was destroyed by Abraham Lincoln and replaced with the massive deep state corrupt bureaucracy.

Well at least some one brought it up. Every former president could be tried for actual crimes if they can go after Trump for nonsense

Murder in America does not have a statute of limitations. Obama is still liable to be charged if presidential immunity does not exist.

I am going to be pissed if no Republican district attorneys in conservative counties in Republican controlled states indict Biden after he leaves office. They can use the NY and Georgia prosecutions of Trump as templates.
OTOH attorneys that bring completely frivolous lawsuits against Trump are praised. Attorneys that dare to defend Trump are disbarred.

That would open up Trump to even more indictments. Drone strikes increased under Trump and civilian deaths increased.

How about holding a billion dollars in US aid hostage until a pesky prosecutor gets fired?
