A convicted killer who murdered his parents before transitioning into a woman was discovered having sex with a female inmate at a Washington state women's prison.
Bryan Kim, 35, who now goes by 'Amber FayeFox Kim', was caught having intercourse with 25-year-old Sincer-A Marie Nerton at the Washington Corrections Center for Women (WCCW) on March 14.
Kim was convicted in 2008 of two counts of aggravated first-degree murder for fatally stabbing his father, Richard Kim, and bludgeoning and strangling his mother, Terri Kim, as reported by the Spokesman-Review.
The corrections officer found Kim 'laying on the floor completely nude from the waist down with their cellmate Nerton Sincer-A on top of them also nude from the waist down actively having sex,' according to a report obtained by National Review.
'I/I [Incarcerated Individual] Kim's hands were on I/I Nerton's buttox in a spread open position while I/I Kim's erect penis was penetrating I/I Nerton's Vagina,' the report added.
According to the report, 'This is against MSU rules and policy. WAC-504-Engaging in a sex act with another person within the facility that is not otherwise included in these rules, except in an approved extended family visit.'
'Technically, there is no consensual sex between the incarcerated,' a Washington Department of Corrections (DOC) employee told National Review.
But 'Washington has been mitigating the sanctions on offenders involved,' he said. 'If both offenders call it consensual, then they seem to be getting into less trouble.'
The incident resulted in an infraction with a hearing expected.
Kim was convicted in 2008 of murdering his parents, Richard and Terri Kim, had previously struggled with mental health issues. He was sentenced to life in prison for his crimes.
The gruesome murders occurred at their Mount Spokane home on December 5, 2006, upon their return from work.

This is a push for HUMAN RIGHTS. The authorities in this case got played, duped, fooled. Even a child in 1st grade could have figured this one out on a game board. It needs to happen about 1,000 times and with 500 pregnancies, and they may get some Committee together to discuss the options. Meanwhile, we suffer. We need a NEW legislatures, all of them need to go. They are NOT reprensenting the Voice of Common decent people.
