Mugshot’s [bar and grill] manager, employees charged with brutally beating waitress

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A manager at a Cordova bar and grill, along with three other female employees, were taken into custody for allegedly beating up a waitress on Sunday.

According to Memphis Police, officers responded to an assault call at 1740 Germantown Parkway. Police list the address as Mugshot’s Bar and Grill.

The victim says it started with her talking to her manager’s ex-boyfriend. She told police that she got into an argument with the manager, Shereva Dortch, and her other coworkers, Arlina Fox, Nyla Fields, and Cailyn Williams.

The victim claimed that Dortch and ten other people attacked her from behind before stealing her car and house keys.

She was reportedly punched in the face numerous times, stomped, and kicked while on the ground.

MPD says the victim lost consciousness and received two black eyes, several bruises, and cuts on her body. She was taken to Baptist Hospital in Southaven.

Shereva Dortch, Arlina Fox, Nyla Fields, and Cailyn Williams are charged with aggravated assault. They each bonded out of jail and are due back in court Friday morning.

Most black Americans are just regular people like everyone else, trying to live a peaceful, comfortable life. But the mainly inner-city, thuggish blacks that create utter chaos and misery everywhere they go are a huge problem. THOSE blacks commit such a disproportionate percentage of violent crime that without them, we would hardly have a noticeable violent crime problem at all (rising illegal alien crime excepted). As Thomas Sowell has pointed out, it’s the existence of a black subculture based upon things like degenerate and violent “rap” music, glorification of criminality, disdain for education and civility, etc. that is to blame. In the past, when no such black subculture existed, black Americans equaled and even exceeded white Americans on some measures of societal success, such as percentage of out-of-wedlock births and single parenthood.

The “great society” started their downfall by substituting government for a father as the provider, and the Left’s relentless pushing of the lies of black victimhood caused by fictional “systemic racism” stoked the fires of resentment and justification of crime as “reparations.” The proof that this was all a lie is that when real, honest to goodness “systemic racism” was in place everywhere , in the form of Jim Crow laws, black Americans as a group were actually far more prosperous, and had more cohesive families than they do today, after decades of welfare and victimhood propaganda.

Showering them with more and more welfare, and filling their minds with racial resentment while refusing to hold them to account for their own self-inflicted failures, has created the violent black subculture that exists today.

It's very much the same as the Italian-American community, which is full of wonderful, creative and joyful Christian people who have added so much to our society—but they, too, have a criminal subculture that is glorified in the media. People who don't know Italians think they are all that way.
