People,... you don’t need a gym to stay fit.

In your home you can run stairs and/or run in place, and calisthenic exercises are numerous.

Outside, of course, is running, bicycling, and a good aerobic workout: the old bucket and sponge method of washing the car at a brisk pace. Mowing the yard with a push mower is good also.

If you desire a ‘ripped’ body.... why? If your job or spouse doesn’t require you to, then be satisfied to just stay fit. After all, having a 600+ hp car isn’t all that great if you never use half that much power.
