I saw that book on Amazon, and was surprised that it didn’t seem to have a Welsh Rarebit recipe.

But my husband says rabbit itself is very good...
Pulling your leg, my wife read it as rabbit and I went with it.
I think it’s often been pronounced ‘Welsh Rabbit’ :-)
