I think I have one of those schlotzsky recipes, I don’t know why I forget to make it. Probably cuz I have so many recipes, it’s hard to remember them all

I was just thinking today about grinding some wheat and making my favorite whole wheat bread, it has honey and molasses and brown sugar. Probably isn’t terribly healthy after that but it is tasty.

An Irish butter could only help!

You are blessed, Judy. I only take 1 med, for the eyes.

I think eating from scratch cooking is contributory to whatever good health we have.

Am upset with them putting Gates’ “Apeel” poison spray on the vegetables, and with them putting the vax into our foods though. The University of California is supposed to have perfected the process of putting the poison into lettuce, so far. My favorite thing to eat is, of course, salad. Grrrrr.....

The exception to the rule for me are the eyes. Conditions require regular monitoring, want to save what little sight I have left.

I am NOT a good cook, but whatever I attempt seems to be better than store-bought processed food. My sister and I can both taste so many chemicals, malodextrin, monosodium glutamate, etc.

What I find so confusing is that the CDC (not that I paid any attention to them) is now saying that covid is just like the flu. Treat is the same way. No big deal. Well if that’s the case, why are we poisoning anything and everything with the mRNA garbage?

I would appear that the virus was created for the vaccine, and not the vaccine created for the virus.
