I read most of Atlas Shrugged on a car ride Chicago to Cincinnati bowling trip in the 70’s. (guy who drove had his nose outta joint for a while cause i wasn’t doing conversation )
Read it a couple of more times after that. Each time I just couldn’t get thru Galt’s speech.
maybe I’ll try again.
I read Ayn Rand’s books so very long ago I can’t remember much about them, other than I did like them. I wouldn’t bother with them today. I don’t even remember Galt’s speech...that’s how long ago it was....50 years? I admit that now I’m curious, but Atlas has already shrugged, so I’m a bit late.
I read Atlas Shrugged decades ago. Some passages stood out for me, and mean more now than they did then.
Also watched the three movies that came out a few years ago. The first one was very good, the others ... not so much.

Birdbrain is a loser, record low performance in virtually every State. DeSanctus easily beat her in Iowa for a VERY DISTANT second place, and then she ran up to the podium, before he had a chance to do so, and claimed victory. I enjoy watching the Bird disavow her PLEDGE to the RNC and her statement that she would NEVER run against President Trump (“A great President”). Well, she ran, she lied, and she LOST BIG!

I purposely stayed away from the D.C. Vote because it is the “Swamp,” with very few delegates, and no upside. Birdbrain spent all of her time, money and effort there. Over the weekend we won Missouri, Idaho, and Michigan - BIG NUMBERS - Complete destruction of a very weak opponent. The really big numbers will come on Super Tuesday. Also, WAY UP ON CROOKED JOE!

We’re in the middle of an Election. We have Super Tuesday coming up very shortly. According to Justice Department guidelines, they shouldn’t be prosecuting me: “Federal prosecutors and agents may never select the timing of any action, including investigative steps, criminal charges, or statements, for the purpose of affecting any election, or for the purpose of giving an advantage or disadvantage to any candidate or political party.” THIS IS ELECTION INTERFERENCE, AND SHOULD BE STOPPED IN THE COURTS!

The Supreme Court will address the historic question of Presidential Immunity. Without Presidential Immunity, the President cannot function, as his Political Opponents will blackmail and extort him with the threat of wrongful prosecution at every turn. North Dakota Republican Presidential primary is today.
March 4th was the traditional Presidential Inauguration today. It was changed to January 20th, starting in 1937, by the 20th Amendment.
This bit of news is stunning. A serial rapist illegal must be released from jail in Florida, free to walk the streets, as there are no laws to prevent it.
I would get the word out exactly where and when he’d be released, and let nature take its course. Disgusting.

Supreme Court expected to announce ruling in Trump ballot case at 10:00 am.

I thought about waiting up to here about the SCOTUS ruling. We’ve been disappointed so often. But, it is getting late here. I’ll be up for just a little while longer.
