I’m here, but checking into my cozy bed momentarily. I can’t listen to the rally and post at the same time anyway. I am pretty sure that nobody needs my commentary to President Trump’s speech lol.

I was very disappointed as well. I think it had something to do with his wife.

I am too, Dolly. I’ve got 5 giant pots to fill this year - going to line the widewalk. Hahahahah that’s sidewalk, only wider.

Dolly, you haven’t answered this question yet. Should we be worried?

The best advice I can give is to buy a book called “The PILL Book”.
I had to buy a new one very year as a Med tech, as they became obsolete the very next year, according to the higher ups.

If you spot one that is a year or two old) at a thrift store or Flea market GRAB it!

It is pretty dry reading, but if you look up the meds you are on, you will continue reading other stuff.

It will give you a leg up!
I was amazed how many meds (and coffee) can give you tinnitus, which can be torture for some who already suffer from itT

It will give you a good idea of what meds do, and why they are prescribed!
Look up the over the counter stuff too!

Enjoy the drinks and the rally, Dolly!

I found a book put out by Readers Digest called “The magic and Medicine of Plants’ and it is surprisingly well researched and well written.

I have huge Encyclopedias of natural plants, remedies, and so on, but they are/were pricey and unlikely to be found at flea markets and thrift stores, (I am always on the lookout for them for friends and family!)

Books like this are a great starting point! This is where I learned (many moons ago)
That aspirin has an amazing history.

“from our friends A wikipedia:

“A precursor to aspirin found in the bark of the willow tree (genus Salix) has been used for its health effects for at least 2,400 years.[10][11] In 1853, chemist Charles Frédéric Gerhardt treated the medicine sodium salicylate with acetyl chloride to produce acetylsalicylic acid for the first time.[12] Over the next 50 years, other chemists, mostly of the German company Bayer, established the chemical structure and devised more efficient production methods

I’ve probably told you this before, but whenever I see your name I smile. :)

My Dad (Retired Navy) loved to sail and his last sailboat was named ‘Ms. B. Haven.’

We had so much fun on that boat - it was only a 30’ but had sleeping quarters below. His dog Ginger was his constant companion and we had more than ONE ‘Dog Overboard’ Drills, LOL! Ginger would stay put and keep paddling in place; she knew we were tacking back to come get her!
