Right? I hope it’s not true - I like Rosendale. If he’s the firebrand Freedom Caucus guy he presented himself to be, ala Gaetz, Taylor-Greene, Crane, etc., a false accusation would be fire in his belly - he’d be hell bent on proving them to be the lying scoundrels they are, especially since a paternity test is so easy.

Awe. I’m watching “sitting with dogs” and Proby was being a pest. I told him I should trade him in for a dog, and he bit me! Good thing I had my robe on so he didn’t do damage. Guess I won’t say that to him anymore!

I’m finishing up Natalie’s sweater this morning, doing laundry, maybe making an apple pie, and general puttering around. I may tune in to the rally and listen to that and the rain pounding on the windows and the wind blowing everything around. I’ll put on my little fireplace and feel all snuggly buggly boo.

lol, just because I did fair in oils I was no master. Thinking I could try watercolors, I do believe I bit off more then I can chew.
I am learning it is all about the water. How much or how little you use. Hence water color, not so much pigment color.
I found out watercolor paper is not cheap either and I will be using up a lot practicing. :-(
So don’t expect to see a master piece soon, if ever.
You have a great day planned! They say the temp tonight may get to freezing. Probably last time and will be baking soon. We really didn’t have much of a winter.
Many many moons ago I liked working with watercolors and using ink pen for detail.

Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.
The first time we met our neighbor Henry, he pulled a well-worn Bible out of a bag he’d been carrying. Eyes sparkling, he asked if we’d like to discuss Scripture. We nodded, and he flipped to some highlighted passages. He showed us a notebook full of his observations and said he’d also created a computer presentation full of other related information.
Henry went on to tell us how he’d come from a difficult family situation and then, alone and at his worst, he accepted Jesus’ death and resurrection as the foundation of his faith (Acts 4:12). His life had changed as the Spirit helped him follow the Bible’s principles. Although Henry had committed his life to God years ago, his enthusiasm was fresh and powerful.
Henry’s zeal inspired me—someone who’d walked with Jesus many years—to consider my spiritual passion. The apostle Paul wrote: “Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord” (Romans 12:11). That seems like a tall order, unless I’m allowing Scripture to nurture the kind of attitudes that reflect an ongoing thankfulness for all that Jesus has done for me.
Unlike the emotional highs and lows we experience in life, zeal for Christ comes from an ever-expanding relationship with Him. The more we learn about Him, the more precious He becomes and the more His goodness floods our souls and spills out into the world. .
