After working in a machine shop for forty years, Joe is what we would refer to as a manufacturing defect. Quality control messed up on the inspection and a sold a deficient product. I don’t think he can be reworked and made to perform at specification.

So I guess this is where the federal government is going to sign a contract to purchase enough vaccinations for pretty much 100% of Americans, although less than 10-20% will actually bend over and take it.
