First Lady Jill Biden's efforts at spreading some Christmas joy have been met with derision and astonishment from many who have labeled her celebratory video as 'bizarre' 'freaky' and 'absolute garbage.'
The video, posted by Dr. Biden on Wednesday, shows members of a New York City-based dance troupe, Dorrance Dancers, doing a tapdancing 'playful' interpretation of The Nutcracker Suite through the halls of the White House.
The group are in a candy-themed hall leading into the main Christmas tree in the Blue Room, since 1961 the main tree has usually been housed there. The dancers show off how each room has been decorated for the celebrations.
'A bit of magic, wonder, and joy brought to you by the talented tappers of Dorrance Dance, performing their playful interpretation of The Nutcracker Suite. Enjoy!,' Dr. Biden wrote.
'Magic, Wonder and Joy' is the theme this year, President Joe Biden's third in the White House.

One of the Trump boys saw a car in distress with the occupants outside the car. It was along a busy roadway. Instead of driving by, the boy told driver to stop, and ran across the road to help the family out
Trump also reportedly stopped a mugging- I can only imagine what his driver must have thought, wanting Trump to not get hurt- but Trump reportedly did stop and talk th3 mugger out of beating the victim further.
There are many stories like this. Trump also sending, at his own expense, trucks of water and food to hurricane survivors without any fanfare, he’s done the equivalent a few times

The Nutcracker Suite is an achievement of Western civilization - a highly complex, advanced artistic form called classical music that African “civilization” could never hope to achieve, emulate or even approach in a thousand years.
So, they have to mock, bastardize and ruin it - if they can’t match their betters, they can ruin their achievements. This is what Ayn Rand called “hatred of the good for being the good.”

Now a the White House must arrange a Christmas themed modern dance spectacle through its halls as part of the government-entertainment-political process. Seems a bad trend
The first 30 seconds, I figured it had to be CGI or another locale, by the cheap candy cane decorations alone. This was unbelievably bad. Costumes, dancing, editing the sequences together, let alone depraved expressions on the dancers’ faces. At the halfway mark I was surprised this was only the halfway mark, that even more garbage was coming up.
Satan might be let down, it didn’t achieve the demonic imagery and tightness of current videos and stage performances, it was simply inane and freakish.

I agree. However, taking a classic Christmas ballet and turning it into vaudeville, with added wokeness, is just sad.
