Dec 4, 2023 1 in 10 New Yorkers struggle with hunger, and due to recent budget cuts, food pantries and other city funded nutrition programs may experience shortages.

It is going to get very scary in NYC soon.

Stores here seem to be holding onto produce much,much longer. This past week half of what was donated I wouldn’t eat myself, let alone give to someone struggling. Our director told us to put it in the bag anyway and hand it out. Cars were waiting 3 hours...to get their allotment. 3 hours...

I truly believe even most urban/suburban preppers do not grasp what is happening. Reading the comments below the actual video it is clear the underclass is on the edge already.

I was just watching an update on the supply lines through or not so through the Suez and how they are rerouting through the area that was just attacked yesterday by Yemen rebels, and now rerouting around the horn of Africa. Insurance companies starting to refuse insurance to shippers using certain shipping lanes due to attacks.

It is getting very, very real and millions of Americans are blind or ignorant to what is happening. Dare I say even some Preppers need to be shoring up the last of their stockpile and provisions.
