Tiny cosmic particles can have serious impacts on Earth, causing election votes to be miscounted, planes to free-fall and computers to reboot, scientists say.
These cosmic particles can hit electronic devices on Earth, which can cause components to burn out and cause malfunctions.
Cosmic particles come from cosmic rays from outside our solar system. They crash into the Earth's atmosphere creating a range of particles, including protons, electrons, X-rays and gamma-rays that can penetrate aircraft.
These cosmic particles constantly hit Earth, and can cause bits of information in electronics to change.

More reason to use paper ballots.
They are immune from cosmic rays.

Why- well if one held most of the stored energy in the world needed for heating— that is to say petroleum raw and processed, you THEN could set whatever price you want and gouge the living hell out of the people who can least afford it... right alongside those who can afford it, but will be ripped off right in their faces, who will also lose their “investment” in “renewable energy” which will NOT be renewed by the systems falling apart to do so (batteries, windmills, crappy chi-com fall apart solar panels.. and all the tax credits for ALL of these ripping off the rest of the people from properly funding our US government in crucial areas— like Defense. It should be absolutely criminal to use any voting system other than paper ballots. What is the rationale for why voting must be electronic, anyway?
Paper ballots are a given but also paper tally of the votes. paper books have been working for centuries.

funny- read your post as an “SEIU” error as in “Service Employees International Union”-— the people who STAFFED and supported the steal in Fulton County, GA and nearly every precinct in Pennsylvania that did, as well as nearly all of Arizona’s “questionable” impossible precinct vote- many more votes than legit voters per precinct. Ballot stuffing AND digital fakiry through Spain (SCYTYL vote counting Co- and return trillions of bytes to the 6 Electoral vote states Trump was clearly winning— bang...zoom! Zip.)
I worry more about democrat election workers twiddling those bits rather than random particles from space.
