So say goodbye to those who suffer from tinnitus! I began taking Omega-3s to deal with bad cholesterol......and in ONE WEEK, tinnitus disappeared. No more annoying ringing in the ears. Gone.

The Cadillac is Youngevity, and they do have a EFA product I’d recommend. Pricey, but I know it’s the best (although I am not taking it now). Dr Wallach has the exclusive mining rights for many of his products, so he gets the best stuff....but I don’t know how that plays out with EFAs because mining doesn’t equate with fish oils. His mine is outside of Salt Lake City, the best in North America.

Iām sorry to raise an issue, but most āBrazil nutsā come from Bolivia and have FAR less selenium than those from Brazil.
Please, raise the issue. The test is whether you reach the level of toxicity after eating too much, which causes itchiness and rashes.
But that can be eliminated by ingesting high quality protein (soft scrambled farm fresh eggs).

I take NAC semi-regularly so probably have adequate glutathione. The next antioxidant I’m slipping into my diet is ergothioneine from oyster mushrooms. Hopefully it keeps me from going senile.
