I am wondering if a key is the natural production of glutathione by way of coffee enemas. That would be a good experiment.
I take NAC semi-regularly so probably have adequate glutathione. The next antioxidant I’m slipping into my diet is ergothioneine from oyster mushrooms. Hopefully it keeps me from going senile.
