Dr Joel Wallach and another Dr did extensive work on Selenium, and that is where I learned of the toxicity, and how to get rid of it, should a person consume more than the recommended dosage. It will depend on body weight. Generally speaking, a 200lb male can consume up to about 700mcg, but that is a roungh estimate— sometimes a person needs more due to disease.
