Q ~ Trust Trump's Plan ~ 11/20/2023 Vol.480, Q Day 2214

Work is in progress on Bagster's new watch, standing guard over those who have gone before us. I hope to post the new content next thread.

Q has reminded us repeatedly that together, we are strong. As the false "narrative" is destroyed and the divisive machinery put in place by the Deep State fails, the fact that patriotism has no skin color or political party is exposed for all to see.

>Decide for yourself (be free from outside opinion).
>Decide for yourself (be objective in your conclusions).
>Decide for yourself (be true in your own beliefs).
>Decide for yourself (be open to following the facts).
>Decide for yourself (be strong in defending your beliefs).
>Decide for yourself (be resistant to blindly accepting fact-less statements).
>Decide for yourself (be free)
Those who attack you.
Those who mock you.
Those who cull you.
Those who control you.
Those who label you.
Do they represent you?
Or, do they represent themselves (in some form)?
Mental Enslavement.
The Great Awakening ('Freedom of Thought’), was designed and created not only as a backchannel to the public (away from the longstanding ‘mind’ control of the corrupt & heavily biased media) to endure future events through transparency and regeneration of individual thought (breaking the chains of ‘group-think’), but, more importantly, aid in the construction of a vehicle (a ‘ship’) that provides the scattered (‘free thinkers’) with a ‘starter’ new social-networking platform which allows for freedom of thought, expression, and patriotism or national pride (the feeling of love, devotion and sense of attachment to a homeland and alliance with other citizens who share the same sentiment).
When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.
WWG1WGA!!!

Q

In the battle between those who strip us our constitutional rights, we can't afford to let false divisions separate us any longer. We, and our country, will be forever made stronger by diligently seeking the truth, independence and freedom of thought.

> Now the Fed can't prop up spending with more inflation because interest on our debt is gorging the stuffings out of the federal budget

Note how Joe Bitem, with help from the D.C. 'establishment', keeps piling on more and more spending with no accounting. No one points that out, but an accounting is inevitable at some time. The Dems plus the Washington elites are visibly destroying the dollar. Can we sustain a $34 trillion debt? ...a $40 trillion debt? ...a $100 trillion debt?

As I have posted for years, what is the collateral on that debt? It is everything you and I own, including our children and our grandchildren. China would happily call in that debt.

Astute observation, Melian. Grief isn’t a competition, and a loss can be felt profoundly, depending on the attachment a person has to what’s been lost and the reasons for the attachment. I’ve lost people I barely shed a tear for, and an earring that bugged me for months (I reference the reason for what seems to be a frivolous attachment). The pain of the loss of a job, dream, health, relationship, person, pet, object or home are worse for some than others, and all have varying degrees of pain for the one experiencing the loss. And I always try to remember that all losses can be worse, per the ancient proverb, “I was unhappy about having no shoes, until I met the man who had no feet.”

***Another from Judge Engoron’s Wife. Can anybody believe this is happening?***

Who is fighting to stop it? The GOP should be in court daily complaining about election interference; they are NOT! The GOP is plotting, to the tune of 10s of millions of dollars, to block Trump from getting the nomination at next summer's convention. None of the GOP contenders against Trump for the nomination are dropping out in support of defending him against all the political persecutions - except perhaps Ramaswamy. Why? Because they are backed with big donor $$$$ in hopes of a viable candidate to shut out Trump.

Read about the failures of the pathetic do nothing Whigs. The new Republican Party wiped them off of the board. Will MAGA patriots do the same to the GOP?

Well said ladies. If I might add.....

Grief can also be cumulative. While losing an earring may not be a big deal, if it is on top of a number of other losses it may be the straw that breaks the camel's back. All we can do is assume we don't know the whole story, and be kind.

🤔 I am practically eating nothing now. Should I just give up eating altogether? (It is tempting!)

My new GI Dr is really sharp, and involved. I just have to survive long enough to find a diagnosis and thus a treatment/cure. You should see all the tests I have had... and many more to come. I am keeping a record of everyone of them!

Bob, this blood test for food sensitivities was essential in restoring my health 12 years ago. Test is achieved with a local blood draw and that blood draw facility sends the sample to Meridian, and in 7-10 days you get results mailed to you. Tests for nearly 200 foods and spices.

Just some thoughts on your problems.

I would recommend Glutathione; your body does not make enough of it as you get older.
I take 250 mg. https://tinyurl.com/2fa56e6h

Also, Activia, helps with digestive problems.
They used to advertise for that, and the FDA made them stop advertising, they had not tested it yet.
I tell you when I first took it, I wrote the company to tell them how much it helped with my digestive problems, diarrhea.

Our hearts are with you.

This thread is sanity lounge for me because, when we lose, the people here understand the truth of the loss... the senselessness , the tragedy of misguided innocence, the evil, the randomness, and the pain of knowing but not being believed. It binds us all together.

We’ve all experienced loss here. We’ve lost standing on FR because we think openly. The vaxx has cost us the disdain of family, or our health, or a family member. Knowing has cost us friends, jobs, lifestyle changes. Speaking the truth of our research has cost us our reputations. We see that our country is almost lost. Our shared history and culture seems lost to us.

Every one of us has a story of what this battle has cost us. Most of us are bearing it silently and bravely. We, here, know this — and we keep stumbling on together because something within us will not let us stop, no matter the pain. We want to know. We want to fight for our family, our community, our country, our common good. Everyone here shares that bond.

If you can’t come here with your loss, where can you go? We are your brothers in arms.

And we are going to win.

***sounds like chronic food poisoning, BOB***

When these dehydrating gastric attacks started last year, every 3 to 5 months, we naturally diagnosed them as viral gastroenteritis. When they started repeating every 4 - 6 weeks this year that obviously stopped being a credible diagnosis.

There is a somewhat remote possibility of a gastro neuroendocrine tumor. The test to pursue that - a capsule endoscopy - failed because I didn't pass the capsule for over a week - it got stuck somewhere and the battery died. What indicated the possibility of a tumor was a test called 'chromogranin'. I took the first in the hospital - a Mayo protocol, and a second one a month later - a different testing protocol. Both showed 'high'. But the test is only a pointer, a 'marker', for the tumor, not diagnostic, plus the tumor might be benign.

I am up to my ears in tests plus working out the logistics. It is like a full time job! :^) I have had to cancel the hydrogen breath test twice due to unavoidable conflicts with the week long prep. Hopefully Friday next week.

Lots of logistical problems which I patiently work my way through. It is part of the process.

i would look into kefir, Chaga or kombucha.
You get a starter and grow it yourself. Kefir is what we grow. Kefir taste similar to yogurt. Grew up with with my mom growing kombucha that didn't have a good flavor. Chaga works in the same pathways as Niacin though I never had it.

I ran into the Glutathione thing some time ago; I guess it got lost in the shuffle. Activia is a yogurt isn't it? I take a Greek yogurt plus some on this thread a while back suggested kefir, which I have been taking for some time. It may be helping but I did have my last serious gastro attack while taking it. This pancreatic enzyme supplement definitely seems to help to stop the attacks but not the diarrhea.

A week ago I added cholestyramine powder (Questran) to my regimen and I have the first solid movements in weeks. I told my GI Dr and asked if he knew if there was any conflicts indicated with the pancreatic enzymes. My Drs often scratch their heads - probably wondering where I got the powder. I have been accused of being a pharmacist - which I am not. I found no mention of intetraction between the two in any prescribing info.

Necessity is the mother of invention. 👌
