Outrage at news that Supreme Court refused Chauvin's case

@RealBillyBobby

Why even have a supreme court if they refuse to review anything controversial?

@MatthewJshow

This is a disgrace.

Derek Chauvin followed his police training.

@FrankChronicles

The Supreme Court dodging Chauvin's appeal is a blow to legal scrutiny. Every conviction deserves a thorough review. This isn't just about Chauvin, it's about preserving the integrity of our legal system.

@Bubblebathgirl

Chauvin followed the rules — Floyd didn’t

@AverageJoeThink

Terrible mishandling of justice. Especially since it’s obvious the only reason to not take another look at this case is for fear of riots

@LangmanVince

Cowards

@1UltraMegaMAGA

A travesty of justice.

Derek was sacrificed on the alter of WOKE.

@CMWeeks

This is a travesty of justice.

It’s out of order. He needs to appeal his Minnesota conviction first through the Minnesota Supreme Court, have that overturned or denied, and then bring that case through the Federal appeals process. If the State charges are tossed the basis for the Federal ones goes away.

Some think the Supremes were correct. Pretrial publicity definitely occurred, but that’s not enough to overturn a verdict.

But it is enough for a retrial.

Chauvin should have just shot the drug addled bastard. He’d be a free man today.

When I claim every major institution in the country has been captured by the Left, some will dispute and point to the Supreme Court.

But they are wrong.

I’ve been saying for months that Trump should stop bragging on his three Supreme Court appointments. At least two are unreliable from the conservative standpoint.

Yep. Exactly right. Learned that from the 70’s when liberals were allowing criminals to become sainted victims.

The abortion case traumatized the court and they know there is no protection for them if they ruled for Chauvin.

Most of these commentators may have never even read the details of the appeal. From what I understand, the appeal was based on a very narrow issue related to pre-trial publicity and its impact on the jury selection process.

True, but I’d replace the word “captured” with the more accurate word “corrupted”.

Another thing that the USSC won’t touch is vote fraud.

did the roe v wade protests have their desired effect?

they may not have swayed the decision but

did it make the court wary of taking up a controversial decision?

Left wing political persecution of America.
Anybody remember Officers Stacy Koon and Lawrence Powell?
Another miscarriage of justice thirty years ago.
Chauvin is innocent and it’s a disgrace that SCOTUS won’t take the case.

Yes, because it's far more important that our "system" follow a process than that it dispenses actual justice.

Our courts are a ritual. They work about as well as African witchdoctoring.

Yeah, the silly bastards, they just skip right to the part about him being innocent without wading into all the procedural crap.

Our courts are a remnant of monarchism left over from before the American revolution. We are still dealing with the King's courts and all the pomp and nonsense.
