Charlie Kirk show today on RAV mentioned a Trans "girl" field hockey player in white uniform knocked two teeth out of a girl playing for opposing team. Here's the video he showed during his program.
Keyword I’ve never seen before: failedmaleathlete. Unfortunately, it is a good keyword nowadays to keep track of these cheating failed male athletes, who’ve decided they’ll win by competing against female athletes.
Actually that is not true.
Congress enacted Title IX with two principal objectives in mind: to avoid the use of federal resources to support discriminatory practices in education programs, and to provide individual citizens effective protection against those practices.See Cannon v. University of Chicago, 441 U.S. 677, 704 (1979).Only females were covered in Title Nine.
Though Title VII and Title IX are two distinct statutes, their statutory prohibitions against sex discrimination are similar, such that Title VII jurisprudence is frequently used as a guide to inform Title IX. See Manual, Chapters I, IV. Indeed, in the months following the Bostock decision, several federal courts have reached the same conclusion as to Title IX, holding that Title IX protects transgender students from discrimination on the basis of gender identity. The courts are making a leftist rulings that Congress did not vote on.
This game was in a town near me. Here in Mass. Boys are allowed to play on Girls Field Hockey teams. It’s not a tranny thing. Still wrong though.
There is no federal law saying men need to be treated as women.
From the link I posted above- “ U.S. Supreme Court decision in Bostock v. Clayton County, issued one year ago this week, in which the Supreme Court recognized that it is impossible to discriminate against a person based on their sexual orientation or gender identity without discriminating against that person based on sex.”.
Sexual orientation and sexual identity are not protected, outside of the Fair Housing Act.
Even the ACLU agrees with me.

Other courts have not ruled that way and it’s not extended more broadly.
Executive Orders do not make for any law.
Where did you have your law classes?
No but it has been extended to Title 9 which applies to schools that take federal money (most schools K-12 and higher education).
So Title IX now means things it didn’t mean when it was enacted. Kind of like the Second Amendment.
Any grief received from woke libtards, just tell them you identify as Correct.
And to be fair, girls lose teeth playing field hockey and hockey when its all girls playing. This is being trumped up to make it appear like it only happens when someone playing by the wokes own rules that some chose to hate, rather than would pity for their mental illness, is encouraged by adults who know better.
Just google women losing teeth in field hockey will bring up plenty of articles on field hockey and regular hockey, it has zero to do with trans. These accidents occur on all women teams.
Exactly. That USSC ruling was a body blow to self government. It doesn’t matter what laws you pass if departments and bureaucrats can decide they mean anything they want.
Its not what he did wrong.
Its what the adults in charge did wrong. The adults need to stop it and not go along with it, and demand mental help for these people to be able to live in their own body, not telling them they’re super and nothings wrong.
Agree. Unless there is an open division/league established to support unrestricted play by both sexes, biological males and biological females should not compete against one another. Among other things, it is a simple matter of fairness.
That said, you have to wonder how often getting teeth knocked out occurs during single sex competitions. In addition, where was her mouthpiece? Or do the women’s leagues not require them?
On the basis that girls don’t rape girls
So was there a men’s field hockey team that he could have played on?
I agree.
Yup, my mistake I was thinking of soccer and yes, as I stated I am opposed to his being there at all
I agree about the boys playing with girls, but I don’t see how he hit the ball any harder than a girl would have. It seems to be a fluke accident.
Ditto for girls on boys'/men sport teams!
