Federal law (Title lX) requires schools treat trannies like they’re girls. Maybe parents in general will wake up to the serious danger girls are in when playing sports against males but I doubt it. They seem to think the “girl power” propaganda is real, they certainly act like it.

Actually that is not true.

Congress enacted Title IX with two principal objectives in mind: to avoid the use of federal resources to support discriminatory practices in education programs, and to provide individual citizens effective protection against those practices.See Cannon v. Only females were covered in Title Nine.

Though Title VII and Title IX are two distinct statutes, their statutory prohibitions against sex discrimination are similar, such that Title VII jurisprudence is frequently used as a guide to inform Title IX. See Manual, Chapters I, IV. Indeed, in the months following the Bostock decision, several federal courts have reached the same conclusion as to Title IX, holding that Title IX protects transgender students from discrimination on the basis of gender identity.

The courts are making a leftist rulings that Congress did not vote on.
