The court has deprived him of a consequential right without having been convicted of a crime.
This was done without an evidentiary hearing in which he is given the basic right of confronting his accusers.
When any candidate is deprived of his right to run, the American people are deprived of their right to choose.
I hope the Colorado Supreme Court swiftly reverses this decision. At the very least, it contributes to the perception that the elites are picking the President by manipulating the legal system, and through other interventions.
If Trump is kept out of office through judicial fiat rather than being defeated in a fair election, his supporters will never accept the result. This country will become ungovernable.
It’s time to trust the voters. It is up to the people to decide who the best candidate is. Not the courts. The people. That’s Democracy 101. #Kennedy24

Rethinking it, if you’re hurting now two weeks won’t be miraculous lack of pain but hopefully some. Who was it that said we heal from the outside in? Or was that even here?
If you were in 2nd grade you were probably only 4 ft tall. That would put you half in in 2ft of snow.
I remember walking to school with the snow shoveled so high on each side of the walk that you could barely get over it. Not all the time, of course, but there were some very snowy days. Walking uphill through 5 feet of snow each way is just one of the silly things we say....but it wasn’t far off sometimes.
It was, however, worse in Buffalo. Buffalo got some dandy storms. I couldn’t believe the pics on the news coming out of Buffalo at times.

Oooh I love quilts. Years ago I went with a friend throughout the countryside in our Amish areas, looking for homes selling quilts. There were some beauties. I loved going into the homes and seeing the simplicity. One thing we noted - there was a disabled person, a young one, in every home. A wheelchair in the kitchen with a young person...perhaps teens or twenty, with clearly mental disabilities. And they all wore glasses.....very few of them without glasses. Interesting.
