Big college town. Hence all the young people. My husbands youngest brother went there and got a degree in engineering. Sadly he passed away with a Glioblastoma of the brain and passed away at 58 years of age.

I love cooked cabbage. I can take Sauerkraut as long as it is not to sour. Do you rinse it some before putting in the pan?

My mom made Kapusta. They were Slovak not Polish but so many of the recipes are similar
I believe the word Kapusta translated means cabbage

I thought of it more as a Comer/Jordan strategy. They know he’s not going to be impeached, so do everything possible to educate the public on what a criminal they have occupying, and polluting, the White House.
Some sauerkraut is just packed in salt, some use vinegar. I taste it first - if it’s vinegary I rinse it well. This jar was quite mild, so perfect. I don’t like the pucker stuff either.
