Yes they do, my nephew flew them. There is no way to refit a B-1 for that mission and still remain a 'B'. There are low level Instrument routes all over W Texas which let B-1s practice low level high speed penetration exercises.

Ingersoll Lockwood
Ingersoll Lockwood was born in Ossining, New York, on August 2, 1841 and died in Troy, New York on September 30, 1918. He was an American lawyer. He was born into a well-known legal family and was the second child of six. Ingersoll was the son of Munson Lockwood and Sarah Lewis (nee Smith) Lockwood.
Munson Lockwood was a lawyer and a personal friend of Henry Clay. Munson rose to prominence as a brigadier general, having served in the New York State Militia’s 7th Brigade, and as a civic activist. Having achieved prominent status in society, Munson was one of the founders of Ossining’s first bank, founded the Dale Cemetery, and served as a warden in New York’s infamous Sing Sing Prison.

Secondly, none of the information on there is genuine. The videos are produced by various government agencies. The links go to other website pages. It seems that there are no real services or products listed on the website itself. And the venture capitalism part of the website is done through various GoFundMe pages.
Ingersoll Lockwood, Inc. is a company that, on the surface, is involved in the development and investment in new technologies. There is an emphasis on cyber security. They state they are a non-partisan group of Americans with careers serving the nation.

Four seeweecides, You say? Not holding back here. Nothing more fun than spiking a rumor. Lemmee take a flying leap and guess there is some aspect of pedoness here. Way too many cases of recent bail-outs by public type people. Could they have some connection to those 457,000 and some odd secret federal indictments that we don’t hear much about? It’s making me think of “the Pit and the Pendulum.” That big swinging axe keeps getting closer to a bunch of dirtbags. People whose work brings them in contact, for one reason or another, with kids, seem to always be in the mix. Day cares, care facilities, foster homes, gummint social workers, certain preachers, are all at the top of my “keep an eye on them” list.
Just a bit of perspective that might help a little: In my growing up years I went to the local library nearly every night that it was open. Read almost every book in the place. Except Agatha Christie. I quit her midway thru the second book-—plots were dumb and there was nothing learnable.
I quit reading novels seven decades ago. The two parts to my library, one technical and one more or less historical/military are as true as I can get my hands on. Every now and then I get hold of a book, reputed/advertised to be straight dope. And every now and then I tangle with one that doesn’t live up to the promo. I have a special shelf in the back room where I stash books that don’t perform. I don’t throw them away but keep them as a reminder to always be aware of the BS factor that works its way into stuff. Sometimes writers guess a bit too much.
Bottom line, no matter what your source of information, is to always be a bit skeptical going in.
