There has been a very strong backlash to the consistent funding of Ukraine military, although many in government remain as determined as possible to continue funding. A number in the House are claiming this has come to an end.
So, what do you think will happen, and how much will Israel and Ukraine ultimately get by Dec 31, 2023?
My personal prediction is Congress gives $15 billion to Israel, with some "fig leaf" coverings to make it look like they are concerned about US matters.
My prediction is that Biden somehow finds some way to bypass congress in a way we haven't thought of yet, and Ukraine will get another $40 billion.
What do you predict?

Your question sounds good, but Ukraine and Israel are two different entities.
Ukraine has had enough, Israel needs more.
I heard an Israeli spokesman say something this morning that most of us never consider;
"When 9/11 happened there in America, your enemy was thousands of miles away and there was always time to plan and set up for retaliation, OUR enemy is just a few blocks away"
(or words to that effect)
Think about it.
And how much will be stolen?
I saw a story a week or 2 back where Mrs Z spent over a million in the jewelry store in a single buy.

All of it.
The best aid we could give to both Israel and Ukraine is to drill baby drill and mine baby mine.
Simple and most honest reply is “all of it”.
Their goal is to crash the country.
It is past time to cut our losses in Ukraine. Israel is still a competent hard point in the Middle East and most of what we provide to them will actually go to fighting and winning a war.
The war in Ukraine is basically lost. They are on their third army mobilization and there are not enough fighting-aged men left to raise a fourth army. The Russians have them outnumbered and have substantial reserves available. It is grinding war of attrition, and superior numbers are prevailing.
The other horrible truth is that the Russians have gotten much better at war fighting, and the NATO doctrines and weapons systems are not holding the Russians in check. NATO is not learning as fast as the Russians are learning either.
Ukraine government officials are stealing most of what we provide to them in order to line their own pockets. Most likely there is 20% going back to selected Democrats and their cronies to keep this system going for a while.
Too many weapons provided to Ukraine have shown up in the hands of Hezbollah or even the Mexican cartel forces. This includes high-end sniper rifles, automatic weapons, crew-served weapons, and even Javelin anti-vehicle systems. They proudly show them on propaganda videos. WTF?
This needs to end.
Some big changes are needed in US and European military forces, most importantly, the replacement of top-level commanders. The people who presided over the deterioration of military capabilities are not the people who can fix those problems.
$40b is nothing. The big grift will come when we and the rest of Europe rebuild them. That’s Clintonian money.

I might not care if we made those donations Tax deductable, but I do not want any more of my Taxes going to fund either Israel or Ukraine.
