It is a meteorite they will be able to sell it for enough to repair the deck.

I’ve seen stories such as a woman in her kitchen hearing a loud noise and seeing a green rock dropped from above in the sink. Turned out to be a flush from the toilet of a passenger jet , the “liquid” turned to ice on the way.

Did they have incriminating evidence against Hillary Clinton?

Ain’t buying it.
Small meteor pieces which survive upper atmosphere re-entry fall for many thousands of feet at terminal velocity.
If you dropped a small red-hot rock from an airplane @ 50,000 feet it would be, at most, a bit warm upon reaching the ground.

If any drain heater fails on any aircraft, a large clump of ice will form and the slipstream will dislodge it.

I hope that they do not have State Farm as their homeowner’s insurance...
The rates will get jacked up and they won’t pay for any repairs...
At least that was my experience after hurricane Isabell left 5 foot of the Chesapeake Bay in the bottom floor and destroyed both of my boat docks...

There’s a lady that lives in my sister’s town that could identify not only if it’s a meteorite, but what kind (composition) it is. In some cases, bearing the size, even where it was orbiting before it entered the atmosphere and the date, time / approximate.

“ An Arkansas family who awoke to the smell of fire discovered a smoking hole in their deck — and they suspect a meteorite may have been to blame.”
When questioned, the meteorite claimed to have an alibi and pled the 5th.
