And the driver is another daughter of Obeyme.
Well the white people are idiots. That’s alot of heavy items and the drivers make almost nothing. They live on tips.
If they don’t appreciate delivery service or get it, they can go lug all their cases of soda and water home.
Drivers and shoppers should be paid better.
I tip grocery deliveries generously because I hate grocery shopping and it saves me alot of time.
Please tell me this ignorant self absorbed dullard got fired, at a minimum. She should have been arrested for stealing. I’d fire her just for taking such a tonr with one of my customers.
Also, the expectation for tipping has become far too pervasive.
Wihtout posting any details, who can say the right of it...?
She didn’t have a right to demand a tip but she did deserve one. That’s a lot of lifting. Maybe if she had asked nicely. Also the white couple were wrong to say their groceries were being stolen. They weren’t. Just because merchandise was at their doorstep doesn’t mean merchandise now belonged to the people who ordered it. The delivery is complete only after the delivery driver deems it complete. A driver can decide to cancel in the middle of a delivery for whatever reason and take merchandise back to the store and he or she would be completely right in doing so
It’s really best to be as self sufficient as possible.
I assume all of these are scripted skits
Low IQ, inferior DNA Americans. Both of these have declined over the past 100 years.
She needs the tip to pay for those hideous eye lashes.
Why did she accept a tip-less delivery? I’ve talked to some delivery people for various apps. One guy said that a low-tip delivery passes around until the app people start adding some sort of incentive.
Don’t know what the legalities are, but if the driver put it on the ground, I consider it delivered. Removing a paid-for order from someone’s property seems like a bad idea. The time the driver wasted and was going to further waste was eating into her next orders’ fees/tips. She was also risking having to pay for any perishable food.
The couple was also wrong. A laborer is worthy of his hire. If she delivered what they ordered in a timely manner, she should’ve been tipped. If the app said it was optional, then is it providing some sort of base pay for the drivers? If not, why would anyone work for the app?
I don’t do any of these delivery or food services at all.
