“The closest genetic neighbors to most Jewish groups were the Palestinians, Israeli Bedouins, and Druze in addition to the Southern Europeans, including Cypriots,” as Ostrer and Skorecki wrote in a review of their findings that they co-authored in the journal Human Genetics in October 2012.

All humans are genetically linked to origins in Olduvai gorge in Africa. That is why any human can donate blood to any other human. Blood transfusions from our closest mammal relatives, the chimpanzees, does not work.

The Romans renamed the region of Judæa (named for the Jews and the patriarch Judah) as “Palæstina” (after the Philistines), circa 135 AD when they merged it with Syria thus creating “Syria-Palæstina”.
I do not know where you got that “fog of war” story from, but if the Romans really wanted to save the Second Temple and not utterly destroy it, that’s what they would have done.

The one difference in the 2 sons of Abraham.
Ishmael was born first.. 13 yrs
Isaac was considered the one God promised.
The Jews lived/live in the land God promised
Ishmael’s seed want that land.
They have most all the rest in that area..
They want it sealed.. They want that piece of land.
The war will never end.
Till Jesus comes back.

That’s all true. And the two patriarchs’ genetic lineage does not grant the line of Ishmael any right to abolish the inheritance of the line of Isaac.

And it was Isaac that Abraham took to the Altar for Sacrifice. And it pleased God.
Imagine for a moment if Abraham had taken Ishmael to the mountain. Would God have offered a ram? Would God have carried through to Isaac's descendents had Abraham offered up Ishmael? It would have been seen in God's eyes as an abomination of desolation.

Hagar was a slave woman given by Sarah to Abraham to have a child (if the story is true) and hardly worthy of such abuse.

Stands to reason. Many Lebanese Christians are also said to have Jewish ancestry if you go back far enough.

98% of great apes DNA is same as humans. Very close relatives in evolution scale.

Muslims weren’t required to pay taxes except for a small amount for the upkeep of the poor. Over a period of about 200 years most of the Christians and Jews converted.

On a youtube video I watched a few years back a guy was talking about some of the things Flavius Josephus wrote about the ?The Jewish War. In his writing (If I remember it right) the guy (Josephus) said some one threw a torch into the Temple, The torch was thrown back out. But some one picked it back up and threw it back into the Temple. I suspect the Jews were responsibly for throwing the torch into the temple to set in on fire so the Romans could not have it as a treasure being the Jews at that point in the War were all ready basically losing the war big time or you could say they had lost the war but there was a few still fighting etc. in the War, and was going to fight until they were killed.
The Romans at that point probably all ready had had a few soldiers in the temple area and or in the Temple and they were probably the ones that threw the torch out of the temple, and the Jews threw it back in. But according to this guy, he just read what Josephus wrote. Josephus, in my understand of his writing, didn't say who threw the torch into the temple but their seems to be in the writing that the Romans wanted to save it as one of those wonders of the world. But it Just didn't turn out that way. That is what I would call an instance of a fog of war, call it what you want.
I will say no more or argue about it, but if you want to check it out your self you just have to read the works of Josephus.

DNA finds more than
90 percent of the genetic ancestry of modern Lebanese being derived from ancient Canaanites, yet genes are not the same as culture, which can radically evolve over the years while genes can remain unchanged.
