US Army vet Dynell Lane needed to use the bathroom at Serious Pizza in Dallas, Texas in the early morning hours of June 10. But two off-duty police officers, working security at the establishment, refused to let him.
According to The Dallas Morning news, “Many states — including Texas — have a restroom access law known as ‘Ally’s Law,’ which states people lawfully on the premises of an establishment should be allowed access to a restroom if they provide evidence they have a medical condition that requires immediate access to a toilet facility.”
Lane provided the officers with medical paperwork documenting his medical issues resulting from his deployment in the Middle East, yet still they refused. Lane then called 911 but officers did not arrive in time to mediate the situation and the wounded veteran wet himself.
This awful moment for a disabled military veteran left responding officers laughing and mocking the veteran in a disturbing interaction caught on video.

It’s becoming more and more difficult to support the police.
And it’s almost all their fault.
L
And it’s almost all their fault.
I have a viable theory about that. Since the qualification standards have been dropped so low so that "certain people" would qualify, they've managed to recruit people who have no business being police officers.
I see 3 cops who should be unemployed.
Two words.
Tar feather
That wasn’t just nervous snickering. That was full-out laughing.
But according to the article, the Dallas police have already investigated themselves here, and found they did nothing wrong. So I guess it’s all good.
Not.
Police are a hierarchy. They follow orders and do what they are directed.
They are behaving the way the leadership in that Dept. want.
They only time that changes is when the Regime is about to collapse. Then they take off their uniforms and go home.
A police directed by a worthy leadership adds to the peace and order of a community.
A police directed by the current Regime of decadent elites adds to the lawlessness and disorder of their communities.
In uniform?
no words ..........
well maybe $%^&37$%^##@&&&**ers and the dog they rode in on.
“ Police are a hierarchy. They follow orders and do what they are directed.”
We settled that question at Nuremberg.
L
Terrible. At least an extended suspension without pay seems warranted here.
Hey, it’s not as bad as the FBI murdering an unarmed and 100% disabled vet.
The video shows two people in police costumes, one male and one female, laughing about something.
If you read the article these were two off duty cops working at a pizza joint which was not open. They should’ve let the guy in based on a law in Texas which allows people with medical conditions to use bathrooms on premises due to their medical condition.
Too bad this guy was not in NY chitty or San Fagsisco- you are allowed to pee in the streets there.
It’s becoming more and more difficult to support humans of any stripe...........
Your “theory” is accurate. Add to that the fact that the ones we do want are being driven out.
We are giving a lot of people (who should not be allowed to own pets) life and death power over us.
The police are the standing army our forefathers warned us about.
Whenever there’s a question of unethical behavior by Police Officers, the controversy should be taken to Internal Affairs, immediately. It takes the hilarity out of making a guy pee himself!
Wait until illegal aliens are employed as policemen...
Do you think they will treat American citizen veterans fairly ???
If the place is not open, I am pretty sure they do not have an obligation to open the restaurant so he can use the restroom inside of it.
The quote says he has to "be on the premises" to be able to use the restroom.
So, was it open? If it was not open, how was he "on the premises"?
