HOLLYWOOD HILLS, Calif. (KCBS/CBS Newspath/WKRC) - A multimillion-dollar mansion in the Hollywood Hills was vandalized Thursday by what police said was a group of squatters.
Los Angeles Police Department officers were called to the mansion Thursday afternoon after receiving a report of a screaming woman and when they arrived, they discovered squatters at the residence.
According to the New York Post, the squatters filled the property with garbage, feces and graffiti, one message of which allegedly read, “f–k rich people.”
Officers could not make any arrests because police were not able to locate the owner of the property and no complaint was filed to begin a criminal investigation.
“They’re just trespassing, squatting,” an officer in the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) told KTLA 5. “The screaming was somebody, I think they got bit by a dog.”
Per the Post, a woman was treated by for the dog bite by responding paramedics.
Damage at the residence included broken glass, graffiti, tattered furniture and trash strewn about the roof and grounds.
Online real estate sites estimate the six-bedroom, 12-bath mansion with a pool and luxury amenities could be worth $10 million or more.
The city ordered the property to be cleaned by Monday.

The owner also owns the Philadelphia Phillies so I imagine he’s in Pa. quite a bit as it is baseball season.
Well if he is in Filthadelphia, when he goes back to Cal it will look just like he never left Kessington.
Man, I gotta get into this squatter racket.

Good liberals who by nature have the highest moral ground should welcome them to the unused home. The squatters have been dealt a bad hand by life and deserve to live in the 10 mill home with a cement pond. Welllll doggie

Which is one way to get rich. Tell the bank you can monitor, and live (for free) in their foreclosed property. Do minor fix it work/paint while there. Charge the bank for the work. Free rent and a job. Bank will hire you for years. Had a friend in banking industry who told me that banks don’t want to manage real estate.
Well, it’s not like they were worried about forfeiting their security deposit.

Only because it’s the Hollywood Hills. If it’d been the Valley the cops would have done nothing.
