I could vote for the man, not over Trump or some others.
(But definitely over Christie, Hutchinson, Pence, Haley, Hurd, Scott)
Fill me in...Why is he fading? Personality? Policy positions? Political skills? All the above?
Personally, I feel like he’s trying too hard, and that reminds me of Yeb!
Rank you choices right now
1. Trump
2. DeSantis
3. Scott
4. Vivek
. Elder?
. Burgum?
Good obsevation
Christie in NH is now eating DeSwamptus’s lunch.
DeSantis engaged in fraud denial—after stopping fraud in his own state to ensure his re-election (that’s hypocrisy of the worst kind). He is supported by many RINOs.
TONE DEAF on too many fronts.
DeSantis should use that as a resume enhancer. NH?
DeSantis is a little bit green when it comes to campaigning nationwide. And he's under attack by Trump loyalists who sees this process as a coronation.
Aligning with the GOPe was very disappointing to me. I know he needs funding but with it comes strings and I think many saw that as not being able to trust him in the future.
That is just wrong.
Fat RINO slob should not even be running for anything but a Dunkin franchise.
It's August 2023 - waaay too early. Relax.
Because of who is backing DeSantis.
I will vote for him if he is the nominee.
The things he has done in Florida that infuriates the liberals make my day.
His equivocations on the Uke quagmire and now on the “legit” ‘20 election turn me completely against him. On both issues he approaches Pence in credibility.
He’s incoherent in his message, and lacks the ability to sell it convincingly. He’s basically uninspiring.
Burgum actually has a pretty strong resume.
He was a very successful businessman and his company was one of the best companies to work for according to Fortune Magazine.
For some reason DeSantis just is not campaigning well, especially weak in gaining the support of women.
DeSantis might make a great POTUS but it doesn’t matter if he can’t get elected.
Really I have no idea why his campaign isn’t any better.
I’m still holding my nose after voting for Mittens and McLame. I could vote for DeSantis. Not my first choice, but a reasonable candidate.
2. By starting his 2024 campaign before he even showed up for work on the first day of his second term as Florida, DeSantis convinced a lot of people that his whole tenure as governor was a giant con.
Don’t understand all the negativity about DeSantis, sometimes
this place reads as if we have democrat implants...Watched an interview Megyn Kelly did with DeSantis, very interesting interview. To those who say DeSantis should have waited, the primaries should not be a coronation, besides, why is he the only one who should have waited.
To those Trump lovers, sometimes Trump can be his own worst enemy. He knows he has a huge target on his back, yet he keeps giving the other side rope to hang him with. Running the country is not the same as running his own company.
