She (he?) wanted to be a man, but had sex with a man before the sex-change operation?
How could she not suspect that she could get pregnant after having sex with a man?
Methinks that she didn’t care to find out, or she knew but went through with the change anyway. At four months pregnancy, most women would know.

Really? At 4 months? None? That’s pretty far along. I’ve had 5 babies. There are unmistakable signs even earlier than 4 months.

So this woman has been through pregnancy at least twice before. What a poor mother these other children have.

That baby had the wrong mother in so many ways. Such a bitter cup of regret for this woman to sip down the road a few years.

She knew. The embryo did not get there by osmosis or ‘immaculate conception’. She just wanted to obtain her fantasy of becoming a make believe “Man” vs acting as a real life Mother. She knew the hospital may have hesitated doing the surgery had they known she was with child.
The preg. test still should have been run anyway.
They knew she was a female of childbearing age.
It’s a twofer. Now they can get paid for two procedures.
It was not “sex change” surgery.
Obviously this type of surgery has total priority over the health of any baby. Nothing is allowed to interfere in any way with the cosmetic surgery that accompanies sex delusion in unstable people. A little thing like a baby is just in the way, and with a quick flash of the scalpel, is eliminated.
Any time I was in the ER, going to have surgery, or admitted to the hospital before my hysterectomy, they always tested me for pregnancy. That’s a failure on the doctors’ parts. It’s frickin’ protocol!
foolish woman, It was your responsibility to know you had sex and could be pregnant. But I guess blaming the facility policy makes you feel better, just like pretending you are a man and harming your body makes you feel better.
