A young North Carolina woman is suing the medical team that put her on testosterone at age 17 and surgically removed her breasts the next year, saying she was fast-tracked into transgender care for profit when she really needed therapy.
Prisha Mosley, 25, says she was confused and battling mental health problems when clinicians suggested cross-sex hormones and a double breast removal after brief consultations, one lasting only minutes.
In her 53-page complaint, she says her doctors 'lied', including by saying testosterone jabs would solve her problems and make her 'grow a penis.' She has since decided to 'detransition' and live as a woman, and seeks financial damages.
The treatments left irreversible scars, she says, including a deep voice, body and facial hair, pain in her neck and shoulders, a damaged vagina, and she will not be able to breastfeed and may be infertile.
She is just the latest detransitioner to take legal action against her doctors, in lawsuits that could prove pivotal in America's heated debate about transgender rights and medical procedures, especially those on children.
'They lied when they told Mosley she was actually a boy; they lied when they told her that injecting testosterone into her body would solve her numerous, profound mental and psychological health problems,' says the complaint.
'They lied by omission, withholding critical information from her about the long-term adverse health consequences and permanent damage these treatments would cause her, and failing to inform her of alternative courses of treatment for her psychological problems.'
Her papers were filed at the Superior Court in Gaston County late on Monday.

She was 17 when this began. Remember 17 year old are still minors under the law and can’t consent to anything medical without a parent or guardian.

The shrinks support it because they are "welcoming" of tranny clients and support whatever they want to do, which will surely lead to more clients.
The hospitals and doctors love it because they're making lots of money for performing the surgeries.
The pharmaceuticals love it because they're getting lifelong puberty blocker clients.
The lawyers love it because they'll be representing the inevitable former children who got duped into sex change operations when they were children and are now looking to make somebody pay.

The state is never held accountable for anything it does.
Frankensurgeons should have there medical licenses revoked and sent to camps where they will be subjects of medical experiments.

Hospitals, who they butchered young people instead of using good counseling lied before and after their butchering jobs.
Yeah this is why none of this crap should be allowed in the courts by these messed up people. You’re sued one way or the other, the state is ready to slam you either way.

She should have been able to figure it out for herself that ingesting testosterone is not going to make a female “grow” a penis. What are you, nuts? Anyone who doesn’t know any better than that should be disqualified to give consent, based on that alone.
There's that word again - "jab". I said this three years ago that the branding is purposefully too "cutsie-wootsie" for the potential harm behind them.
It’s not even mental illness when you are a teenager.. It’s just GROWING UP. We are teaching our children that ever single feeling they have is an illness. We are so screwed.
Maybe she has a case for the medicine and not knowing they were harmful but not the mastectomy ...

This may be the only way we have to get these Mengeles under control in the United States. Some state with decent government are banning these atrocities but not all. We need to sue them to oblivion.
