HOLLYWOOD, CA — Hollywood critics, actors, and producers are reportedly confused by Sound of Freedom, an action thriller produced by Angel Studios and starring Jim Caviezel, because it depicts child sex trafficking as a bad thing.
According to sources among the nation's entertainment elite, Hollywood insiders had been excited to learn there was a film coming out about sex trafficking but were then disappointed when they found out it's depicted as a negative thing in the film. Critics have been giving the film poor reviews, citing the filmmakers' "baffling" decision to take a stance against the practice, with The New York Times slamming the movie for "not having enough kink."
"It's just confusing," said one director. "You go through all this trouble to make a film about child sex trafficking, and then you end up making the traffickers out to be the bad guys?"

We had chaplains at Nuremberg too.
That’s great, but “caesar does not bear the sword in vain....” Crimes of such horror and magnitude call for a fierce response.
I get really confused sometimes when the Bee starts reporting real news.
This is truth.......
Every time I see some criticism of the film, I realize that I am reading the words of a pedophile.
Of course. Someone has to pray for the enemies and the condemned.
"... and may God have mercy on their souls."
Understandable.
I chose the Bee for three reasons:
I wanted an absolutely truthful, particularly humorous, ridiculing headline, with no particular truth in the article.
I needed the General/Chat forum and Humor to allow me to fib for effect (as in "Fire For Effect") in my comments, which is required for The Bee on FR.
I wanted to generate interest in Jim Caviezel's important cinema release.
I didn't anticipate so much desire for "swift, final justice" from commenters, I should have.
Your comment about the Bee's headline is correct, it is real news.
The confusion is my fault, not yours.
It’s not your fault.
And I said that a bit tongue in cheek.
I appreciate the Bee. They are so good that sometimes just the headline is enough to read for a good laugh.
It depicts child sex trafficking as a bad thing.
It may be the Bee but I remember many actors in the 50’s and 60’s some in the 70’s who often took 3 or 4 day vacations in Mexico but they never said where.
Some old actor interviews showed them
