Robert De Niro’s 19-year-old grandson Leandro De Niro Rodriguez died after taking pills laced with fentanyl, his heartbroken mom has claimed.
The teenager’s death is being probed as a possible overdose after his lifeless body was discovered inside a Lower Manhattan apartment Sunday with a white, powdery substance and drug paraphernalia nearby, police sources said.
While the toxicology report is still pending, his grief-stricken mom, Drena De Niro, has alleged someone knowingly sold her son tainted drugs.
“Someone sold him fentanyl laced pills that they knew were laced yet still sold them to him,” Drena, 51, wrote on Instagram Tuesday in response to a comment asking about the cause of her son’s death.

I would not wish this on any parent but can’t help but ask if DeNiro would like to reconsider his stance on the “wall” and “immigration” since he let loose an F-bomb filled rant against Trump’s stance on border security.
We will never know (a wall won’t stop all the drugs) but one has to wonder how that specific fentanyl was transported into the US and if Trump would have been able to slow the production by China who exports it by the ton to Mexico.
It’s not just the “additives” to the MJ. The chemicals they are using to achieve the biggest yield for indoor grows are very concerning too.
“Smoking” or ingesting pesticides is not exactly doctor recommended.

Well, the responsible growers do a “flush” where they just give the plants water, no fertilizer or other chemicals, for a week or so before they harvest.
Not that all growers are responsible, but that is “standard practice” for pot growers that are trying to do things the right way.
DeNiro has cursed strong-border Republicans for decades. A tight border would’ve likely prevented that fentanyl from reaching his grandson.

I suspect all illegal drugs are now laced with fentanyl. Everything from cocaine to marijuana is possibly laced with that stuff.
The open borders are allowing the Chinese and other bad actors to bring it into our country by the tons and I believe our government officials are promoting and assisting in its delivery.
The amount of money, equipment, expertise, and massive delivery system is not being provided or created by low IQ and illiterate South American’s or Mexican drug cartels. There is big money and power behind the drugs creation and delivery. I believe American entities are working with the Chinese and other countries to make sure the flow of drugs and money (which brings to them power) is not impeded.

Legal weed is heavily screened for such things.
That’s usually just to flush fertilizers. States that screen weed for harmful fungicides or mold do so because many medical patients are immune-compromised.
