It’s a hypodermic needle that attaches to a pen-like container. Usually for insulin or other diabetic medications.
Walmart sells them over the counter, in boxes of 50.

Try both Kroger and Walmart. Also, have you checked your glucose levels lately? I suspect your levels are either extremely high or extremely low and you are not thinking clearly.

Digging into Google, it appears that a “pin needle” is a type of diabetes needle.
Thanks for asking, cause I would never have known.

Re: "Pen needle"
I looked it up.
Very tiny needles for diabetics who must inject.
No syringe - just a pre-loaded low dose pen shaped device.

Also used with injection pens for growth hormone therapy under doctor prescription (pediatric)..

I was thinking of needle bearings, so check a auto parts supply or maybe Pervis Bearing.

I know the feeling, especially when I’m getting low.
Are you also having problems wit the supply of Lantus cartridges too?
I use OptumRx for my prescription supplies and have the same problems.

BTW you can fluctuate the needle length from 4mm, or to 5mm, to 6mm. all in 30-gauge pen needles.
I find BD pen needles good. Just have your prescriber write the prescription like tat or have the pharmacist call your doctor for the changes in length.
