Republicans who want their party to support the transgender and homosexual agenda are upset that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ presidential campaign has criticized 2024 opponent President Donald Trump for boosting it.
“To wrap up ‘Pride Month,’ let’s hear from the politician who did more than any other Republican to celebrate it,” DeSantis War Room, the digital messaging arm of the governor’s presidential campaign, tweeted, along with a video produced by another user named “Proud Conservative.”
The video notes that President Trump’s presidential campaign sold “LGBTQ for Trump” shirt, and also that he held up a rainbow flag to show his support for the LGBT agenda and from LGBT activists. It includes footage of DeSantis and headlines of a drag show being canceled in response to legislation passed in Florida.
The “Log Cabin Republicans,” a homosexual advocacy group, accused DeSantis’ campaign of being “homophobic.”
“Today’s message from the DeSantis campaign War Room is divisive and desperate. Republicans and other commonsense conservatives know Ron [DeSantis] has alienated swing-state and younger voters,” the group tweeted. “Conservatives understand that we need to protect our kids, preserve women’s sports, safeguard women’s spaces and strengthen parental rights, but Ron DeSantis’ extreme rhetoric…has just ventured into homophobic territory…”

You’re right in that resisting the LGBTQP agenda is a paramount issue. Trump and DeSantis both have some weak positions. I’ll have to wait and see who is the best choice closer to the primary.
Yes, that poster literally accuses everyone of being quote “a liar” with almost every post. Which in turn makes them probably the biggest actual liar on the board.

Reno89519 was one of the adament deniers that the video was associated with the desantis campaign.
I have posted the statement from the desantis campaign spokesperson. If the video wasn’t associated with the campaign, she would have denied and disavowed it.
Also, the twitter account that pushed out the video is the DesantisWarRoom, a blue checkmark, verified account, that calls itself the ‘rapid response’ for desantis.
If the twitter account was not associated with desantis, the desantis campaign would have sued them by now, to remove any hint of association with the desantis campaign.
Therefore, this is another example of desantis supporters gaslighting and fooling FR with lies and mis-representations.
DeSantis has the strongest position against the homo agenda of any politician I know of. He's gotten several laws and executive orders enacted that have caused the liberals fits. One set in particular you may have heard of is the "don't say gay" laws for preventing young schoolchildren from being groomed, which set the precedent for the rest of the country..
FYI - my nephew is gay and I was at his union ceremony.
He served honorably in the US Army and will not join the Log Cabin Republicans. He rejects the groomers, unlike you.

If the video was associated with the campaign, it would say so as a campaign expenditure and as required by law. The video claims to be by Proud Elephant, which is not the campaign. What more needs to be said?

And I only see one (1) poster who correctly indicates that the video is not attributed directly to the DeSantis campaign. So, who are the quote "several other" posters you claim were questioning that? Or are you, as I suspected, the actual LIAR here?

Anyone who pretends that sexual abuse of kids is limited to heterosexual people or homosexual people is fooling themselves. There is a difference between facts, emotions and morality. You are not using any of the above other than emotions.
Helping kids arrange sex change, teaching them sexual acts, ditto deviant sexual acts, confusing them about gender, sexually abusing them, exposing them to your sexuality are all parts of criminal behavior and should result in prosecution and being barred from a profession which includes contacts with children.
Demonizing gays is not part of the solution, defining illegal acts and prosecuting those acts, especially with reference to kids is. Public indecency laws should outlaw pride parades that are suggestive, lewd or indecent in the public square and drag shows in venues should require licenses and enforcement of age restrictions with severe penalties (including libraries).

Trump was for traditional marriage but the left succeeded in ramming gay marriage down our throats.
Was Trump, the President, supposed to speak against the law? How ridiculous. If Americans want to change the law they have to bring suit & win. It is not for any President to abuse his power in that way.

He also vowed to sign an executive order instructing federal agencies “to cease the promotion of sex or gender transition at any age,” adding that hospitals and health care providers should lose federal funding if they provide gender-affirming care for minors.
Yes, a truly moral and Bible believing President should speak out, and work to get the gay marriage ruling reversed. As my links showed (there’s many more) Trump campaigned on that exact promise.
But he reversed his position just days after being elected. Just the same way he flip flopped on locking Hillary up that same week, while still President Elect. It’s likely he never planned to do either, and lied to us simply to help get elected.
I honestly don’t care what ADULTS do in their private lives, what I find repulsive is their lifestyle being shoved down our throats!! Frankly if gay people want to be married let them find out what a struggle marriage is just like the rest of us!! My Christian beliefs are STILL MY BELIEFS if others are not of the same belief it is fine after all that is what America is all about!! Yes, the homo lobby has proven over and over they can’t be trusted on their agenda goals. First it was we just want to be excepted, now four iterations later they are having parades out in the streets literally chanting “we are coming for your children!” They are evil perverts and want to steal the lives of children by turning them away from God, and towards their evil master instead.
