Lakeview is full of lake shore liberals; the place is not far from Wrigley Field. It voted 12 percent for Trump which tells me all I need to know.

A great many years ago a poster on FR replied to someone else “There isn’t going to be a race war.”

A wave of pessimism came over me. Not because two races in bloody conflict is good or right, but it meant the loser race was going to cower and cringe behind a trash dumpster hoping the teen thugs won’t slash them or shoot them or kick them into a coma. Some will die pushed in the path of a subway train. Others in home invasions after being raped and beaten. Still others will be shot for being a different race than a gang member.

It is not the burbs. It’s part of the near north of Chicago. I lived in Lakeview many many years ago. It was nice. I left the day Mayor Washington was inaugurated.

My suggested solution :

Send them all back to Africa.

They are nothing but trouble here, creating unrest because we enslaved them 150 years ago.
It won’t end unless we sever the relationship as fast as possible.
