WASHINGTON, D.C. — In an extremely awkward moment, six Supreme Court justices ruled that affirmative action is unconstitutional, completely forgetting that affirmative action hire Ketanji Brown Jackon was sitting right there next to them.
"Welp, this is kind of an uncomfortable situation," said Chief Justice John Roberts after turning in his majority opinion. "No hard feelings, ok, Ketanji? We're still invited to the cookout at your place this weekend, right?"
Roberts then slunk away with an embarrassed look on his face.
"Today is a sad day for anyone who was hired strictly based on their race, gender, and sexual orientation rather than qualifications," said White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, who was hired strictly based on her race, gender, and sexual orientation rather than qualifications. "Ah, crap... now this is awkward."
Vice President Kamala Harris, also an identity hire with no qualifications, weighed in as well, saying: "Affirmative action is affirmative, and that's good. Without affirmative action, we will have non-affirmative action which is the worst kind of action. And that's bad. HA HA HAHAHAHAHA!"
At publishing time, Clarence Thomas had distracted himself from his awkward feeling by writing yet another brilliant opinion.
Gold. Pure gold.
Nailed it! The Bee is getting more and more brazen and IN YOUR FACE, SOCIALISTS - and I LOVE IT! :)
Pretty decent, but I think KamelToe said ‘affirmative’ about five more times.
the left will claim that she was chosen for her qualifications but biden made it clear he was going to elect a black female no matter what- a Clear case of Affirmative Action in action- He wouldn’t even consider a white person or white woman or any other color person for that matter regardless of how qualified they were-
I know this is satire. But Brown is plenty smart and plenty educated to sit on the Court. I think she’s an ideological basket case but calling her affirmative action makes me uncomfortable.
Sotomayer, otoh, doesn’t belong there and that’s been obvious for ages. If there’s an affirmative action hire on the court, it’s Sotomayer.
I know Brown waffled on the “woman” question. But that’s just part of the ideological goofiness she had to indulge to get on the Court.
This might be the Bee’s most brutal piece yet. ROTFLMAO!
Yes, Brown *is* actually an intelligent woman.
That being said, lighten up, Francis.
Talk about a (well deserved) bitch slap!
The Bee is the GOAT of social commentary.
Can’t believe the ‘Bee’ hasn’t been attacked by the (I’m right and you are wrong) racist woe is me, bunch.
No... No she’s not.
So her end (a position she doesn’t deserve) justifies her means (straight up lying) in your mind?
Thank God you aren’t calling the shots.
Im thinking Ketanji might be worried this ruling means she will lose her job.
Who decides which disability causes the greater victim. Mental, racial, physical , ethnic etc.I don’t want my grandchildren to grow up in the land of victimhood.
What about the wide latina?
I think Biden has called her the smartest justice on the Supreme Court.
An ideological basket case--that is, someone with no common sense or understanding about why the rest of your country thinks what it does--is just another affirmative action hire for a judge. Judges are selected for their . . . judgment!

OOooog! Mod, can you delete my double-post?
Thanks,

When my boys were in Jr/Sr High we literally had ‘daily deprogramming sessions’ over evening homework. This was in the mid-90’s and it can only be worse for parents now! Ugh!
