Chattanooga Goes Brave New World
American Thinker ^ | 24June | Scates

Politically, the rank-and-file voters tend towards conservative values (although there is a hefty, and growing, liberal segment).

So imagine my surprise the other day when I read that Chattanooga is one of the first two cities in the U.S. slated to become one of the World Economic Forum’s “15-minute cities.”

As you surely know, the World Economic Forum (WEF) is Klaus Schwab’s globalist fantasy, the realization of which means we peons will ‘own nothing, and be happy.” In short, it’s Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World, updated.

Essentially, I have two long standing rules regarding my votes.

1) Never under no circumstances vote for a Rat. Democrats are repulsive and have been for 40 years. (I did vote Rat in 1980 to my forever chagrin.) It was like a thunderbolt hit me 40 years ago. It just came to me in an instant, as if I was on the road to Damascus. I was blind then I could see.

2) Never ever vote for an incumbent. I have made exceptions to that when it comes to term restricted candidates, for me that means Presidents. There are no term limits in my State.

To be honest though, I do not think that I will ever vote again during this lifetime.

As for not voting again, I won’t be mad at you.

The machine forces their candidate on the voters. The majority of voters are too lazy, ing leant or as corrupt as the incumbents they’ll vote for.

Other than some chamber of commerce clown, some member of the GOP apparatus or some clown from the legislature, I doubt you could find me 10 people that could give you a coherent argument as to why Graham is re-elected. He isn’t a Democrat, will be the majority answer.

Knoxville is much more spread out compared to Chattanooga.
Chattanooga can’t grow to the east (Cherokee National Forest)

It ain’t about geography, it’s about who’s in government. and from the looks of the Knoxville Mayor, I’m betting meetings are already happening.

If your vote mattered the Cabal wouldn’t let you do it.

Profound.

It does sound Carlin-esque. He was way ahead of his time politically.

Many of his videos should be resurrected and spammed all over social media. I especially like the ones about climate change and vaccines. Him putting a comedic spin on truth would make it easier for some to swallow.

Knoxville and Nashville will be the next on the chopping block

Nashville is already there and so much of Knoxville already resembles a third-world shithole, not terribly unlike the near south and west sides of Chicago.

Was looking for a reasonable retirement home in Tennessee last month and am about ready to rule that state out. Love the mountains, the people 'n all that, but that state sure does have its set of problems, crime being one of them.

"Something like this will never happen in a Red State like Tennessee."

Actually, my hometown in West TN is already my own voluntary "5-minute city". But, what is important to me is not the time it takes me to scoot around my little town, but rather how long it would take the residents in Democrat-infested cities to reach my town. I'm doing quite well in that regard.

She’s liberal all right...but I’m seeing midrise and high rise condos go up where restaurants used to be on the strip (U-T has hinted about putting up some new ones near the stadium), also midrise condos go up where single family housing used to be on the south waterfront, but I’m not seeing any new grocery stores.

I’m thinking you’ll need a car more than ever, although finding a place to park it will be a challenge.
